Reflexology is a science and an art. It is based off the theory that there are microcosms (mini maps) on our feet, hands and ears. By palpating these areas we can stimulate coordinating area in the body, induce a deep state of relaxation and improve circulation.

Many clients find reflexology useful for addressing foot pain, digestional imbalance, fertility support, stress management, headaches, diabetic neuropathy...to name a few.

A foot reflexology session generally starts with a foot bath, followed by a 5-10 minute foot massage warm, assessment and thorough palpation of the foot and ankle. You will need to wear comfortable clothes and be able to bare your legs from the knees down.

Prenatal Massage Rates

Certified pregnancy massage practitioners provide a safe and effective prenatal massage for women during all stages of pregnancy. Our goal is to help expecting mothers of single or multiple babies reach a deep state of relaxation, relieve muscle strain and pain through massage. During each stage of pregnancy women have a variety of pains, compensations, and concerns for the life changing event. Our goal is to learn what area of her body needs the most attention, identify patterns of posture and increase her daily comfort through client education, improved sleep quality, and improved circulation.

Receiving massage is very effective for reducing stress, promoting good circulations and relieving muscle strain and discomfort. An experienced prenatal LMP will adapt pressure, positions and techniques with the utmost concern for mother and baby's well being.

Massage can be a valuable tool during labor by a partner or a Birth Doula. Studies indicate massage can reduce the stress of labor, decreases pain and offer pleasure sensations for comfort and encouragement.
